Private Session One-On-One Training

Virtual appointments are conducted in 30 or 60-minute sessions via Facetime or Zoom. In-person gym sessions are conducted locally in New Castle, Delaware.

In the first session your athlete will be evaluated/assessed for flexibility and technique, taken through a full stretch and provided with a customized homework plan based upon specific needs. Weekly sessions are recommend for maximum results, but you can schedule in the frequency that best fits your needs.
